Art Journaling Series for Youth

Youth are invited to join this 6 week series of creative exploration on Thursdays; April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4 & 11, 2023.

Create your very own art journal and learn different visual and written artistic techniques.

Art journaling is an adaptable way of exploring and processing thoughts, emotions and memories through creative expression. 

Participants will be provided with a journal and all materials. Adaptations and accommodations will be offered to ensure everyone can participate. 

This series is part of our Horizons Youth Program and the TVCC Wellness Project.

The Wellness Project is a three-year program aimed at rebuilding and enhancing mental wellness for youth and their families.

We understand that the past few years have brought unique challenges, and we want to help. Over the next three years, we'll be running programs with a focus on connection, mindfulness, physical activity, and new skills.
